Entering his 26th year in private education administration, Scott’s passion for instilling a strong, cohesive, school culture and community are as strong as ever. The son of a public-school teacher of 31 years, Scott saw first-hand how even the best educators require support and collaboration to not only yield successful student outcomes, but also to create happy and empowered educators who truly enjoy the art of teaching. Shortly after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Scott began his career in education working in admissions and financial aid departments at the university level. Scott later received his MBA from the University of Phoenix and entered the private preparatory sector. This offered new administrative opportunities and challenges in marketing, development, facilities, operations, and finance. In 2015, Scott joined Rancho Solano Preparatory School. During his tenure, he is most proud of the financial stability and student population growth achieved by the current Rancho Solano administrative team. Scott has three children: Eliana (19) Sean (17) and Zoe (17). Eliana graduated from Rancho Solano in 2025, and Sean and Zoe will also graduate from Rancho Solano as part of the Class of 2027.
