Since making Penang her home in 2015, she has become an integral part of our community, not only as an educator but as a cherished local advocate for lifelong learning. As a mother of three children who are currently studying at Straits International School, Ms. Karlie combines her professional expertise with a personal connection to the school community. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education, she exemplifies continuous growth and serves as a motivating force for those around her. Her dedication to improvement is also reflected in her ability to relate to and enhance the learning journey of our students. Ms. Karlie ensures that every student embarks on a fulfilling learning journey while fostering a supportive environment where teachers and staff are encouraged to grow and achieve their full potential. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Penang’s rich cultural heritage and participates actively in community wellness programs.
