Ms Hillary Hinchliff
Ms Hillary is a highly experienced international school educator with 30 years in education, including 17 years as a principal. She is a personable, creative and resilient school leader with experience in mainstream, special and international schools.
She has a Bachelor of Education Honours degree and postgraduate qualifications in special educational needs. Ms Hillary has achieved the National Professional Qualification for Headship and has recently been honoured to accept a fellowship with the Chartered College of Teaching in the UK in recognition of her 30 years of service to education.
Her previous leadership roles have included establishing a new and now award-winning IB World School in India, leading an award-winning school in Oman, and over 10 years of school leadership experience in the UK.
She has experience turning around struggling schools by reinventing their curriculum, building a highly skilled workforce and designing a new school building.
